CANCELLATIONS
Once purchased, the tickets are considered non-refundable and non-transferable including the service fee.

For instance, special promotional or deeply discounted deals often come with stringent restrictions on cancellations, refunds, or changes. It's crucial to thoroughly review the cancellation terms provided by each provider before confirming your booking. In exceptional cases where a refund is not feasible, we may issue a credit equal to the amount paid. This credit has no expiry date and can be applied towards any future travel bookings made through our services. While refunds may not be available, this credit offers flexibility for using the amount towards your future travel plans whenever you decide to book with us again.

NO SHOW
'No Show' policy states that failure to arrive at the designated time for a scheduled service or reservation may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund. It is important to inform us promptly (at least 24 hours in advance of the designated time) of any changes or delays to avoid such circumstances.
CHANGES
Voluntary Changes:
This applies to situations where your travel plans have changed and you want to modify your reservation accordingly. Changes to your reservation, such as adjustments to travel dates, routes, or passenger details, may incur additional fees and are subject to availability restrictions set by the service providers. While we will assist with these changes to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee availability or waive any fees imposed by the providers.
Involuntary Changes:
This pertains to situations where modifications to your reservation, such as alterations to travel dates, routes, or passenger details, are necessitated by circumstances outside of your control, typically initiated by the service provider. These circumstances may include flight cancellations, schedule changes, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, our commitment is to facilitate these changes, subject to availability constraints and operational limitations dictated by the service providers. While we strive to minimize inconvenience and uphold your travel plans to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee availability or waive any fees that might be imposed by the providers due to these circumstances.
